The hotel was clean with lovely and approaching staff in my request for a certain room. The location seemed marvellous close enough to the centre. Besides, I were so close to Lake Narracan, the botanical gardens, and rural Victoria.

Had high-class deluxe queen room with conditioning and drinks. The location was convenient and incredible, close enough to the centre, rural Victoria and all the shops, in a relaxing area.

This hotel is located just a short distance from the railway and offers easy access to rural Victoria. 🚆.

The location is very convenient, close to the rail line and surrounded by beautiful gardens. It's also just a short distance from the center. The basic amenities provided in the rooms are more than enough, and the fact that breakfast is included is a bonus.

Everything was just fine.

The bed was comfortable and the towels were fresh. There was also free parking and the motel was located near restaurants.

The room smelled musty and the heating system was not sufficient. there were no amenities such as a sink or microwave and the noise from outside was loud and disruptive.

This hotel was fantastic! the location was perfect - close enough to the center of town to be convenient, but also surrounded by beautiful gardens which created a peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were amazing. Rose went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even offering to open the pools for my son despite the chilly weather. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with the added bonus of a mini snack bar. And let's not forget the breakfast included in our stay - a great start to the day.

All in all, everything was just fine.

The motel is situated in a peaceful area surrounded by beautiful gardens, which is nice. There are several restaurants close to the property, making it convenient for travelers. the room was spacious with all the necessary amenities, including a well, stocked minibar and clean bathroom.

The service was poor with unprofessional and unfriendly staff who made us wait for check, in and check, out.

Location of the hotel is great and perfect for exploring nearby attractions. the beds are very comfortable making it easy to have a restful night's sleep. the housekeeping staff does an excellent job of keeping the room spotless.

The air conditioning units were terrible. Even though it was New Year, it was way too hot inside the room, and the air conditioner did nothing to cool it down.

The location was also convenient, with easy access to any restaurants near the property. Additionally, the value for money was excellent, with breakfast included in the price.

The beds were comfortable. Staff were nice and accommodating. No odour compared to other motels. Rose was wonderful and made our stay better. Beautiful outlook and greenery surrounding the room. Quiet and comfortable. Loved the balcony and outdoor setting. Clean room with excellent quality towels and linen. Great accessibility to South Gippsland Tank Adventure.

It was all superb.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The location was amazing, close to everything, and we had no trouble finding transportation. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, from the refreshing swimming pool to the fantastic water pressure in the shower. We were also impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who provided us with useful advice while enjoying our yummy hot breakfast.

Nothing, no complaints at all. We had a comfortable and memorable stay in this city.
